A 6-month online course | 24 weekly sessions | One hour each

Every Tuesday 20.00-21.00 hours IST

With Swamini Brahmaprajnananda Saraswati

Welcome

In the Vedanta tradition, total fulfilment in life comes from three flowing streams of grace:

Ishvara Krpa, the grace of the Lord, which makes one joyful, dynamic, and open to positive transformation.

Guru Krpa, the grace of the Teacher, who transmits the vision and way of life of Sanatana Dharma.

Atma Krpa, the grace of the Self, which is the space in which the other two are received.

These three are not separate. They are one grace, recognised and received at different depths.

Yet many sincere seekers find themselves blocked

Despite a genuine longing for a fulfilled life, doubt, cynicism and stress quietly close the door to grace. The blessings of Ishvara and Guru are abundantly available. Without Atma Krpa, however, we cannot open ourselves to receive them.

When Atma Krpa flowers in you

You live in harmony with all your relationships: with people, your body, mind and emotions, and with food, money and work. You recognise the world as a manifestation of Bhagavan.

You move toward mastery in every dimension of life, whether physical, emotional, intellectual, financial, social or spiritual, while living your svadharma with clarity and ease.

You receive Ishvara Krpa and Guru Krpa fully enough to see, unmistakably, that you were never separate from Ishvara.

This course is an invitation to cultivate that grace in yourself, for yourself, as yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions

I have never studied Vedanta before. Can I join?
Absolutely. The course is designed to welcome newcomers while offering depth and refinement to those already on the path.

Why is the course open only to those aged 22 and above?
The course engages with life as it is actually lived: relationships, work, money, loss and ageing. It speaks most fully to those who have already met some of these in their own lives.

Six months is a long commitment. Is this manageable?
The class itself takes one hour a week. Between sessions there is japa and reflective writing, which you can do in your own time. Many find that a steady weekly rhythm becomes an anchor in a busy life rather than one more task.

What if I can’t attend live?
All sessions will be recorded and uploaded within 24 hours, and you will receive one link for all the recordings. We do encourage live attendance where possible, since meditating and learning together carries a shared energy that recordings cannot fully replicate.

What if I miss a session or two?
Please continue anyway. Over six months, life happens: travel, family, festivals, emergencies, work pressures. Missing a class is not a reason to drop out. Recordings ensure continuity, and your presence, even if intermittent, matters.

Is this course a form of therapy?
No. Atma Krpa is spiritual education in the Vedanta tradition. Some sessions touch on healing, the inner child and memory, and these can be deeply supportive, but they are not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are working with a therapist or counsellor, the course can happily go alongside that.

Why is there a course fee?
The teachings themselves are priceless and are offered in the spirit of the tradition. The contribution covers platform costs, and the sustenance of the teaching work. Just like some fees would be paid for a music, art or dance class, the cost of the course has been arrived at by considering the lower end of a sliding scale.
