Refund and Cancellation Policy

Courses & Workshops
Cancellation by Participant:
- Before 7 Days of Course Start: Full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
- Within 7 Days of Course Start: No refund will be provided.
Cancellation by Arsha Vidya Ananda:
- In the Event of Cancellation: Full refund will be issued to all registered participants.
- Rescheduling: Participants will be notified of the new date and given the option to attend or receive a full refund.
Digital Products (eBooks, Online Courses)
Due to the digital nature of these products, we offer no refunds once they have been purchased and accessed. Please review the product description and sample materials carefully before purchasing.
Donations
All donations made to Arsha Vidya Ananda are considered final and non-refundable.
Special Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at [email protected] to discuss your situation.
Refund Process
