Tulsidas ji was writing Ramcharitmanas in the Kashi Vishvanath temple when he composed this devotional verse due to Bhagavan Shiva’s grace.
As a part of our Shiva Sadhana, we dwell on the meaning and revel in the glory of Shiva i.e. Rudra in both the manifest form as well as formless.
